4Head Films Inc does not accept any unsolicited project submissions and assumes no responsibility for them including but not limited to creative concepts, ideas, plots, scripts, synopses, formats or suggestions (collectively the “Submissions”) sent to it by post, email or otherwise. It is 4Head Films Inc policy to destroy or delete any unsolicited submissions without exception. Therefore, any similarity between an Unsolicited Submission and any element of any television, film or other production of 4Head Films Inc is purely coincidental.

 

In addition, any unsolicited Submissions will be treated without confidentiality and 4Head Films Inc will not be responsible for disclosing any such Submissions. Therefore, if you do send an unsolicited Submission to 4Head Films Inc anyway, you agree that no obligation to protect your copyrights is given by 4Head Films Inc, that you will not be entitled to no compensation or endorsement of any kind whatsoever and you waive all recourse against 4Head Films Inc, its employees, agents, officers, directors and shareholders in connection with any unsolicited Submission, including without limitation for violation copyright, abusive competition, breach of implied contract and/or breach of confidentiality.
